The room is very spacious. We stayed at the twin room deluxe. Each bed was very big. I don't think it was single bed, because it was quite too big for a single bed. It was occupied by my 3 girls. Anyway, really enjoyed staying here. Hope to come back soon โค๏ธ

Thank you Sheraton for the hospitality during staycation. The hotel next to the Gandaria City Mall only few steps from the entrance door. They also provided great food for breakfast with great services from the staff. Smooth check in and out, quick response and always smile. On that day there was a wedding with great security staff placed on some spot that makes me feel more comfortable about the hotel.

It was the most pleasant experience staying there. The room was very very clean and spacious. Bathroom was also very clean. The restaurant was also giving me great experience and with Covid condition I feel save staying there as they really applied health protocol very well. They arranged the queueing at restaurant to ensure the quest inside can keep distance and not very full. Certainly I will go back next month.

Thank you for the happiness that my son Dylan was able to feel on his birthday with a very nice room decoration (2026), a delicious birthday cake, even birthday greetings from the staff at the restaurant by Mrs. Lusi and other restaurant staff, also Chef Febri who has made delicious food for my son's birthday, also the room staff who has decorated my son's birthday greeting, Mr. Devi, Mr. Rahmat and the friendly Front Office staff, also dinner at the Sheraton Club which was delicious and the friendly and humble dining restaurant staff provided wine for us to enjoy and gave our son cold drinks to enjoy. Our son was truly happy and memorable on his birthday in 2025 ๐ซถ๐ป๐ซถ๐ป๐ซถ๐ป๐ซถ๐ป๐ซถ๐ป
Thank you also to the security and front staff who have kept our suitcases safe while we left them โฃ๏ธ

Wishlist for a year to be able to celebrate my birthday at Sheraton, and thank God it came true and I was able to enjoy a beautiful birthday with my husband and children at Sheraton, Delicious cake, room decoration (1826) and warm writing by the hotel staff, pleasant atmosphere, delicious breakfast and satisfying swimming pool became a harmonious combination in celebrating my birthday, Thanks to FO Mbak Salma who was friendly and the warm conversation made me feel happy so that minus the lack of signal in the room, either hotel wifi or Telkomsel or XL network signal, it could still be accepted (as long as it is handled immediately) Thanks to the restaurant staff who gave me a surprise birthday song Thanks to the Security who also welcomed me friendly ๐ฅฐ Best Indomie and Beef Teriyaki for breakfast this morning Highly recommended for families

Please train the valet parking section again, the funny thing is that they asked how could it die completely? and not turn on? how would I know, the car was taken to the parking lot by the valet and also parked with the person who drove my car? wkwkwk so funny. funny again how could the car die completely? never mind wkwk so it's just my experience. They just kept on asking questions, if I didn't say "try to jump the battery" then they would rush to call etc. so it took a long time, I was parked, I should have gotten home faster, this was a waste of time. and their faces were really funny, especially those who were wearing casual clothes wkwkwk + I also forgot why I still paid 75 thousand for valet. wow, the car has been made to die completely + paid for valet. once is enough and thank you, sorry, the rating must be honest, thank you again ๐๐ป

We stayed 4 nights, at every breakfast, always asked how the food was and if there was anything you would like to add to the next day's breakfast. Then offered if you want to make bakso bakwan, because I really like bakso. The next morning at breakfast, special bakso bakwan was delivered for me, as an addition to my breakfast. Amazing ๐

stay for 2 nights in Sheraton really happy and comfortable, feels like home. All the staffs are so helpful and friendly, yesterday there was a leak in the room because it was raining and windy, but all the staff were responsive and immediately moved the room and got a compliment dinner in anigre, Soo happy and all the food was amazing. there is a connecting to Gandaria city mall so you can hang out or go shopping directly

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, from the beginning of our check-in until we checked out. The room is very clean and wi-fi is available. The breakfast menu is very varied. If you get bored in the room, just walk to the mall. It's really fun โบ๏ธ๐
