My experience staying at this hotel was very pleasant 🥰 because the room was comfortable and very clean, nothing disappointing at all 🫰. The staff and security were also friendly 😇, so I want to stay here again 🫶.

The hotel staff is friendly, the parking area is spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious, the price is also standard. The room is nice and clean. I will stay again for a longer time. The elevator is also comfortable. Hot and cold water works well. Clean bed, clean towels, bathroom sanitation is also clean. Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo are all complete. Mineral water is available. There is also a kettle for making tea. In short, it is comfortable, safe, quiet, not noisy, soundproof, the lighting is also good and comfortable, the place is clean, the lobby is also comfortable and spacious. There are also complete power outlets in the room. The bathroom shower is comfortable. The sink is also good.

the location near university of sumatera utara so many food stall around the hotel. the staff is friendly. the room is quite good regarding the price. check in and check out process was fast. it is good for you who need the room just for rest. the things for considerstion before stay at this hotel are
1. prepare 100k on cash for deposit.
2. the hotel didnt provide the slippers.
3. water heater capacity on the room is quite small 20 L. so please use the water wisely since the water become cold if you used more than 10 minutes.
4. the hotel location near small street.
5. parking area could provide about five to six cars.
