Six Senses ULUWATU, BALI

The room is very dusty and the floor is sticky. Very dissapointed

Six sense uluwatu, Bali. A luxurious experience. Cross off bucket list in Bali. 5 star resort. From warm personal check-in to jaw-dropping Villa, every moment was pure perfection. Villa: has private infinity pool, outdoor shower at pool, and second outdoor shower in bathroom. The bathroom also has a bathtube, an inside shower, and a smart toilet. Extra length king bed, stocked bar fridge, welcome fruits and special birthday cake and message on bed. Service: Absolute attention to detail, welcome drinks, and snacks at reception with magnificent view over infinity pool to ocean. Thank you, Pak Yucel. You made us feel special. 24 hour electric golf car/buggy service to move around resort. Stunning views: Perched on cliffside, the resort showcases natural beauty. For discerning travelers seeking unparalleled luxury, look no further. Some upgrades in progress to further enhance your experience are kept in check in terms of noise and disruption. Watu Steakhouse dinner was amazing. We had Wayu steak and crayfish. Tapas starters Mushroom, oyster, chicken pop. Served with French red wine. Beaujolas Villages wine. Desert Birthday cake service with desert wine. Food and Beverage Manager, Adnan was amazing. Overall 10/10.

The villa need more privacy. Suggest to plant something to cover and hide the pool area. Its not so comfortable when swim at private pool people can see you above 🫣🫠.

The facilities are very old, like a 3-star hotel, and the service attitude is good, like a 5-star hotel. Restaurant prices are more expensive.

Need to manage the suites more efficiently. Outdoor furniture wet on arrival. Suite smells upon arrival. I suggest for the price I paid for the suite things like this should be taken care of before we arrive.

A very quality hotel, its cleanliness is always maintained, the service from its employees is also very good and is very helpful for guests to get what they want.

Booking 3 nights at the villa president, until the hotel was given a different type of villa after a new complaint was given and just checked-in at 5 pm until my children were fussy, and after complaining it turned out that only 2 nights were forced to refund 1 night and if you don't refund, give me a different type of villa, I swear it's really bad, this management is cured! NB, the first time the manager complained, he immediately offered a refund. He thought it was a matter of money or didn't think that we were far from out of town.

This 1-year-old hotel is one of the best hotels in Uluwatu. The villa has great view and pool, and nice interior with wood accent. Very Bali feel to it. The main infinity pool is also pretty amazing. The restaurants and breakfast were ok, not super but just decent.
