The plunge pool rooms looks exactly like the pictures, and even better. We stayed here for 3 nights,(plunge pool rooms with connecting door), as our sons birthday presents. They loved it and swam twice a day, everyday! They loved the pool, the bathtub, the beds are so comfortable, the beach and the their towels even smell like pandans. So soothing! We've got a vouchers for free family picture around the hotel area, and it turned out really nice! The photographer is good with kids and polite too. The foods are tasty, but most of the menu are more "fusion" style. There are some locals who sells balinese sarong, seashells bowls, bracelets and silvers at the beach, but in a good amount and good price too. The best part is you can always pay via QR code. My kids says Its their best birthday present ever! So no regrets!

The room is spacious, the beds are comfy, we got rooms that near to the private beach. All is good, but somehow the breakfast didn't vary from day to day.

Need big improvement for the hospitality. Friendliness and greeting are poor. On the 1st day, the day checked in, the guy served us. He was not friendly and seemed tired. He did not escort us to the welcome drink bar and guide us to the room. Hence he need to ask another guy to show us the room. The floor was not clean. I needed o call to ask for floor cleaning. The guest service did even say sorry or give us any complimentary to make it right. I asked for salak bali (2 pcs) + banana (3 small pieces) refreshment but it was rejected 2 times. The amenities is not quality! Not luxury hotels (not suitable for ur tagline). Poor quality coffee nescafe and sosro. Oh please! The floor drain in swimming pool got hollow. The hotel need adjustment to serve the guest right. The archery bow is broken. The bicycles are in poor quality. However the view is nice and the environment is good.

We're here after our wedding day. Yes! Honeymoon! In Sofitel Nusa Dua? Best days ever. They made up our room so pretty. The room is so clean and cool. Their staffs are super friendly. Their cooks are great! Definitely coming back soon ♡
