It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

Overall this hotel is okay. Clean and strategic location. Friendly hotel staff. But there are some things need to be improved, like furniture too old and some parts need to be repaired. Sink and mirror are too short, that's not okay. Fitness tools are too old and broken, lots of tools need to be repaired. Swimming pool too crowded, no social distancing.

Check-in process is easy, welcome drink is available, room is made to order, bathroom is clean, TV has many channels, bed is comfortable, can see the stadium from the room, air conditioner is cold, breakfast menu is varied and delicious, recommended hotel, check-out process is also easy .

Wow, this hotel is really recommended. It's an old hotel, but it's not terrible either. The room is very spacious. If you want to go to the mall, just walk to the left of the lobby. Second time staying here, previously there were still no children. Now our staycation brings a 2 year old child who still likes to run around. We choose this hotel because it is spacious, kids friendly, complete with facilities. We got a room on the 16th floor so the view was really good. Very satisfied with the service. All friendly staff. If I need help immediately hurry. Very helpful to me. Food outside the facility is also good, cheap, lots of variety.
