I actually stay quite long here at this hotel, starting on the 29th of Dec till the 3rd of Jan, to spend my new year. The hotel truly lives up to its name "Spencer Green". I like the green and lush exteriors, with many trees, plants, and flowers. The service is also incredible. The staffs are nice and helpful. But I really must highlight the food. All of them are delicious!! Because I stay on New Year's Eve, I got breakfast + afternoon tea + New Year Dinner. All of them exceed expectation. The variety of the menu, and especially the taste. I really should applaud the Restaurant staffs and the Chef. Great job! My only concern is this hotel's location. It is quite far from the city center. But this also means it is faraway from the hustle and bustle of the traffic. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Spencer Green!

Overall, it's really good. The place is comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the view is incredibly beautiful.
The makeup chair is just a bit too high. When I want to do my makeup and sit on the chair, my face can't be seen in the mirror. Maybe they could change to a slightly higher chair. For the others, a little less is still understandable.

The swimming pool area is very dirty. There are broken tiles on the children's tiles. It is very dangerous because the children's feet can be torn when swimming. Check-in at 2 o'clock is not possible. Even though it is a weekday and the hotel is quiet.

Room 002 pool view. The pillow smelled of urine. After being replaced by the staff, it turned out that in the morning my child smelled the mattress and it smelled of urine too. He immediately checked out at 7 am and couldn't stand it anymore.

The fat Fo staff, with their hair tied up, are very stiff, speak loudly, and make decisions without careful consideration, even though the matter could be negotiated to the mutual benefit of both the hotel and the guest.
The other Fo staff, both men and women, are very kind.

Actually, the first time I came here, I got a nice room for around 500 rupiah and it was so enjoyable that I decided to come back.
But the second time, I got room 001 for around 600 rupiah. The facilities and overall atmosphere seemed to have taken a turn for the worse: low ceilings, poor soundproofing, a dirty and smelly bathroom, the front area wasn't cleaned, no staff mopped it even though it was very dirty and muddy, and the paint on the walls was peeling off.
