Room 405: WiFi doesn't reach the bedroom (bed area), especially if you're using an Apple device.

It's really fun, the service is very friendly, especially since there's a sign that says "Welcome ELF"! They know that many guests come to watch the concert so it feels really special to stay here. Thank you.

The staff was friendly, and the room was quite clean. However, it's recommended not to bring large items as the space is a bit small. The toilet was clean, but there were no toiletries. The only downside was the lack of an AC remote in the room. Otherwise, it's a good place for a short layover. There was a bit of noise from traffic outside at night.

I've been here several times, but this time I had a bad experience. The AC wasn't cooling so I had to move rooms, the door lock was broken. I'd booked a late check-out, but the staff made a mistake, so the lights were turned off, and so on.

The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the only downside in the room is the AC is not cold at all, this is the first time staying at a Starlet with a minus. Usually the AC is cold and works well, but this one was not at all. I think the AC needs to be cleaned or replaced with a new one, thank you.
