- Asked for additional money at check-in. - The room was damp, a bit smelly, & very small. - Dirty sheets and pillows. - The mattress was no longer suitable. Finally looked for another hotel that was more suitable.

The price in the app is different from the reality, it says there is a lower limit for the room rate. So the price in the app is wrong, they are still charging a shortfall for the room. Oh my. It should have been updated, they said it had been informed to the app, but it turns out the price has not changed.

really bad don't stay here!
on the day of check in, you are asked to pay on the spot, so it's 2x the price in the application. should have gotten a discount too but they said it doesn't apply on weekends (huh?). damp room, no signal, wet blanket like it hasn't been washed dry, dirty walls are really filthy. receptionist is not friendly, asked for receipt and explanation of deposit, she just gets angry. rating 0/5

It is very unfortunate that when you check in on the application, the nominal amount does not match the check-in amount, so you have to add check-in money (it's not a matter of the nominal amount but the discrepancy). Strange! The listed price of the advertisement is deceptive. After booking to the hotel we are charged an additional price again, so don't advertise cheap prices, just the real price! This is the same as deceiving customers, whatever the reason.
