Strategic location in the city center, and many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel building and rooms are relatively clean and comfortable. The variety and taste of breakfast food are also quite good for a hotel of its level. The price is relatively affordable, there is no refrigerator and swimming pool, and the parking area is sufficient for six cars.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, because it is close to Tarakan Regional Hospital, I happened to be dropping off my sick relative, it only took about 5 minutes to walk to the Regional Hospital, around the hotel there are also many places that sell food, such as McDonald's, Sukiya, and in front of the hotel, around 6 am there is a chicken noodle seller, the noodles are quite delicious and affordable, the employees are friendly, the food at the hotel restaurant is quite varied, I tried gado-do and pecak fish package, the spices are tasty and delicious...

Plus: friendly staff, location right on the side of the road, although the motorbike parking is a bit narrow, location is close to the culinary center of krendang and pecenongan, cold air conditioning
Minuses: initially occupied a connecting room then asked to move because the room next door was so noisy that even putting a bowl in it could be heard so it was uncomfortable, finally given a room change
One more minus, at 10 am the receptionist called and said check out was at 11 am, not the average hotel at 12 noon, some even have a set time for the Dhuhur prayer, even though if I wanted to play, I also checked in at 4 pm unless I checked in at 1 pm early and was only allowed at 11 am, I was chased and told to check out. Please fix the management again
There is a refrigerator in Traveloka but in fact there is no refrigerator.

We never enforce a maximum check-out at 11.00 am, and we will evaluate the reception team to ensure this information does not confuse guests in the future. Regarding the refrigerator facility, we inform you that not all room types have a refrigerator. Refrigerator facilities are available only in the Super Express room type. We apologize if there is any inconsistency in the information on the booking platform, and we are also making adjustments so that the information listed is more accurate and transparent. Staying for the umpteenth time, this hotel is still pleasant. Staying in the Express Super Queen Room with quite good facilities, clean rooms, delicious breakfast although the variety is not as much as on weekends. God willing, will come back here.
