We've reserved a couple of rooms for our small family of 4 and were allocated with the ones with connecting door during check-in which was quite helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy, and overall meeting our needs who only stay for a night. The location is in the city centre and very near with Burger King, KFC, and Mandiri bank. Recommended for a cost-friendly hotel in Cilegon city area.

Very please to experience staying at this chic and cozy newest Swiss Belexpress Cilegon. Modern Scadinavian design with Ikea Furniture. For Business and leisure travellers. Easy access from Jakarta, 90min from Kebon jeruk tol road. Located in the center of Cilegon. specious parking space. Friendly and professional staff, make my check in easy with all with safety protocol in place. The best part, I can combine Business and Leisure. Hotel has a nice gym and pool. So after meeting I can have me time. The room is specious with sofa and bigscreen LCD. The design is minimalist and comfortable. Bath room is big. Breakfast is at the lobby. Very yummy and clean. Dining room has option indoor or outdoor. Thank you for hospitality, certainly I'll come back for the next trip. Highly recommended for family too.

for cleanliness okay, the service is also okay, only maybe for the receptionist it should be added because when checking in the hotel there was only 1 person serving it, the queue was long when checking in, and for the food menu it was a bit disappointing in the same class as Swiss-Belexpress, because it was like a lower class hotel breakfast, whether it was in the Cilegon area or what, I don't really understand because when I stayed at another Swiss Belex, I'm sorry, the breakfast was full service, there were sausages, etc., but in Cilegon, I don't know the menu was very limited, even for the upgraded meal it took a long time to have to wait, there was only white rice, noodles, and fried chicken, there were no other choices, and chicken porridge, even bread was only a little, it was very unfortunate, and a bit surprising too, outsiders who were not staying at the hotel were allowed to enter and were crowded at the hotel location even though they were at the hotel food place, I thought they were staying at the hotel, it turned out that with more than 20 people they only came to chat at the hotel in the hotel cafe and even then only a few people I saw buying drinks did not buy In my opinion, with so many people gathering around, it disturbs other guests during dinner. Please improve the breakfast menu to be on par with other Swiss Belex. Thank you.

I've visited twice, the last time yesterday, why was the security different in the way they greeted people who came by motorbike and car, maybe I happened to be using a motorbike so I was treated with disdain, please fix this because all guests should be treated the same, don't differentiate the way they greet guests, even though the other services from the front desk to the front desk are very good.

The staff are friendly, even though check in was late they were still responsive, I didn't try the food because I was just staying there to sleep, the swimming pool is really okay even though it's small, there is parking inside the hotel, but if guests are staying overnight, parking is free, just inform the receptionist about the parking receipt so it can be stamped for free
