Ambiance/Facilities are complete and serve all the necessities. Food in the restaurant has plenty of choices for various taste buds. The staff are very friendly and announced my arrival as guest of the day with all the perks provided. The bed is comfortable for relaxing. Price is very reasonable and finally, the location is very convenient and close to all things being in the city center.

This is my second time to spend time with my family in this hotel. The most loveable from this hotel is the sea view, the food, and the swimming pool. All hotel staff is great 👍🏼

My family planned a staycation. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Swiss-Belhotel.
The food was delicious. The only downside is that parking is a bit tricky at this hotel, which is very limited for its size. There's parking across the street from the hotel building, quite far from the lobby. It might be suitable for business trips or work trips, as you won't be bringing your own vehicle.

The sound from the next room was very audible. Sorry, it should be soundproof for a 4-star hotel. This was our first visit to BPP and we chose a hotel we felt comfortable with. We only received one key card, whereas 4-star hotels usually offer two. Hopefully, Swiss Bell will improve in the future. 😘

Our few nights here were truly amazing. The room was very comfortable, with the best ocean view, clean and fragrant. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
