The hotel staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and their request for a high-floor room was granted. The hotel is very kid-friendly. The swimming pool is kid-friendly, there's a playground, and there are children's events on the weekends, with free food for those who participate. There's an auditorium for showing children's films.
The only issue was that the room wasn't ready at check-in, but it didn't last long. Perhaps it was because of the weekend, so there were a lot of guests. But otherwise, it was very satisfying.

The hotel is kid-friendly, overall okay, but for Swissbel's class and compared to other hotels of the same price, it seems to need some improvements and maintenance, especially regarding cleanliness. I found that the lights in the pool rinse room were out, the gaps in the children's pool were dirty, and during the cake decoration class, the children weren't given gloves, even though the mises, etc. were shared and used alternately. Information regarding kids' activities was also confusing, and when asked about the hours, three staff members gave different answers.

Good location, close to restaurants.
Rooms aren't soundproof; traffic noise can be heard clearly from the 12th floor. I couldn't sleep all night. Parking is tight when turning.

My second time here, we ran out of rooms with one large bed, so we requested a combined bed because we had a small child. Everything was made easy, and the bed was immediately made up. Breakfast for the kids was still affordable, delicious, and had plenty of options. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be a regular when I'm in Bogor.
