The check in time was long but the bed was itchy.. the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. The towels were smelly and there were lots of long black hairs in the folds of the towels. Not my hair obviously because my hair is blonde. The food was pretty good. Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms, including the sheets and towels.
