Amazing! Professional staff. The room service is fast and great. Free airport shuttle every hour start at 4am. Perfect if you have such an early morning flight! Only took 5 minutes to Juanda Airport Terminal 2 (International and domestic).

Everything was fine, and there was airport drop-off too. Don't forget to book a seat on the airport shuttle, as it was full during our stay. Domestic drop-off takes about 30 minutes because you have to take your international flight first.
