The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Staff and Manager here is super helpful and honest. I was mistakenly pay twice for booking. But then they call and inform us about the problem and guide us with refund process to Traveloka CS. I really appreciate their honesty and patient. Room is clean. I must use smoking room so can be near with my friend. At first, the receiption girl just warning me about the leftover smell in smoking room. But when I going inside, I get clean and neat room. There is little smoke smell left at first. But after AC and bathroom fan turning on, no smell at all. So I get my perfect room. They also help us for ifthar breakfast and early check out. Everytime I'm coming back to Balikpapan. This hotel will always be my first choice.

Doesn't have hot water, bedsheet so dirty even already changed it, the carpet is too smelly, not recommended after all

The first experience of staying at the Swissbellinn Balikpapan hotel was very pleasant, my official trip and my vacation with my family were more colorful when staying there. The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and the facilities are very complete, the receptionist is very friendly, the front security is also very friendly.
