Booked a room via Traveloka, requested a deluxe room, but when I checked in, it wasn't available and I was given a twin according to the voucher even though I could choose it before booking. The roof of the room's ventilation leaked when it rained, really disturbing my sleep, I couldn't ask for a room change. When I first entered the room, the bathroom cloth was already wet and it wasn't replaced. The basement parking area smelled really bad, the waitress service was also bad when clearing up used plates from my bf, in essence, the room I booked didn't match the price and picture. It's really not worth it and I'd only try it once.

Arriving at the hotel was a bit of a hassle because the app order hadn't arrived yet, even though it had been placed several days prior. We couldn't check in until 2:30 PM WITA, even though we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM WITA. However, the receptionist was friendly.

Long check-in time, arrived at the hotel at 3:12 PM and the room wasn't ready yet, it wasn't until 4:30 PM. Wanted to take a shower, but the towels and mat weren't there yet, they were only given at 6:20 PM. The room was a bit dusty, the bathroom blower fan was very noisy.
