The experience was wonderful, all the staff including the hotel lobby receptionist and security guards in the front door and even the ticketing were all so friendly and welcoming. There were no problems in the room, the room was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Check in happened to be at a time when it wasn't busy, the process was smooth, but you still have to deposit, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is close to the LRT and Busway stops, but there are rarely any food vendors around.

It was so much fun that I didn't want to check out. There was an incident where the refrigerator wouldn't turn on for some reason, and a technician had to be called twice on different days because they didn't show up.
