The experience was wonderful, all the staff including the hotel lobby receptionist and security guards in the front door and even the ticketing were all so friendly and welcoming. There were no problems in the room, the room was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

It was a nice staycation there. The room is clean, and it exceeded my expectation. There was no problem for check in, just 5 minutes long. It has hairdryer, and most importantly it has bolster. Can you imagine, a hotel that has bolster? The staff also friendly. Thank you so much for the service.

Indeed, the saying "you get what you pay for" is true. My experience staying at Swiss Belinn Cawang really made me think about staying here again someday.
Pros: complete bathroom amenities (toothbrush and toothpaste provided, even a cup for rinsing). The hot water in the toilet worked well. The in-room refrigerator was a real surprise, especially since I just learned that the lobby provides free iced sweet tea for guests.
The only downside was that towels weren't in the room when I checked in, so I had to call room service or ask the front desk.
My wish: if only the parking were free. Haha.
