It was a nice staycation there. The room is clean, and it exceeded my expectation. There was no problem for check in, just 5 minutes long. It has hairdryer, and most importantly it has bolster. Can you imagine, a hotel that has bolster? The staff also friendly. Thank you so much for the service.

A little review. At night at 01.00. We were already asleep, there was a room service knocking on the door saying there was an order in our room, in reality we didn't have any order and it disturbed us because the way of knocking on the door was very loud. Please pay attention to the waiters if there is an order for food or anything during sleeping hours, check the room first and in a more polite manner.

I just realized that this was previously Hotel Semesta Cawang. But the important thing is that the service is good, the receptionist is helpful, the breakfast is varied, and the location is very strategic because it is on the main road and close to the BNN Cawang LRT access.
