Cleanroom, good health protocol, clean swimming pool, a wide range of breakfast variety and delicious too but I think my favorite beef sausage was no longer served. That's OK though. Top-notch food. The car park is located in a building behind the hotel, quite far but you can ask for a free valet. Attentive staff like Andika, imam the security guy, well so many I can't write it down here. You guys are awesome! This hotel is highly recommended for sure!

overall staying 2 nights in swissbellin hotel was awesome. the room is tidy and the bathroom is quite spacious. I really recommend this place if you want to stay in surabaya

The view is right from the 9th floor, just trouble with the lock, it keeps going back and forth, but the staff is quick to help, the food is decent and the menu choices are complete but the pastry tastes ordinary. Overall, comfortable

Arriving, I was confused about finding parking.
I ended up in the back, with no one to help me, and no one to ask if this was a private area or a public road.
I went back to the lobby and went down to the basement. There was no elevator access, or I don't know.
That's why I couldn't ask anyone.

The staff is friendly, the only thing lacking here is the parking area, but don't worry, even if you want guests, you can get free valet from the hotel, just leave your car in the lobby, it's nice, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and there are lots of good places to eat near the hotel.

The hotel is nice. The service is good and very helpful. However, the carpet in the room we stayed in yesterday was dirty and had persistent marks. The toilet is clean. Overall, it's okay. The food variety could be increased. I recommend staying again.
