Cleanroom, good health protocol, clean swimming pool, a wide range of breakfast variety and delicious too but I think my favorite beef sausage was no longer served. That's OK though. Top-notch food. The car park is located in a building behind the hotel, quite far but you can ask for a free valet. Attentive staff like Andika, imam the security guy, well so many I can't write it down here. You guys are awesome! This hotel is highly recommended for sure!

When I go to Surabaya, I always go to this hotel because it is close to the office, the price is still affordable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast menu is varied and delicious.

I love the city view that I see from my room at floor 11, especially at night. I even sleep from the city light, turn off all the lamps, and find it so peaceful.

This is the first time I've seen hotel service at 2pm to order frozen beer and it was served, the receptionist didn't know if he was in a bad mood or what but still all professional. Thank you, no loss at all. Just a suggestion for any room to upgrade to a smart/andro TV please 🙏

location - very strategic, want to find food nearby, there is KFC, in front of Beserang there is McD, next to the hotel there is Warung Gang Djangkrik which is okay (non-halal).
room - big, clean, complete facilities (comparable to the price)

Stayed 2 nights on May 28-30, 2025 on the 5th floor got a corner room (518 if I'm not mistaken). The atmosphere was uncomfortable, there were always sounds in the room door and bathroom area that made me restless. Especially at night the sound became clearer and more disturbing. The hotel GM must try to stay 1 night to feel the atmosphere in the room and find the source of the sound and provide a solution.

My experience staying at Swiss-Belinn Manyar Surabaya for 1 night was very pleasant and comfortable..exceeded my expectation for this hotel..friendly reception staff..fast and easy check in process..stayed in room 518 which is the same floor access to the swimming pool..the room is quite large and comfortable..the bathroom is clean and well maintained..only the parking area is not spacious enough..but hotel visitors are directed to park in the apartment building next to this hotel without having to pay parking fees again..in the hotel area there are also many restaurants that are very easy to reach..thank you for this impressive experience..highly recommend this hotel and will come back again another time..
