Definitely one of the best located hotel in Surabaya just across of Tunjungan Plaza and walking distance from Jalan Tunjungan. However, I was staying at the unfortunate time because there is construction site going on right next to my room. So sometimes the room shake a little and the TV is not working.

Parking area is terrible, if you bring car to visit please consider another option hotel.

All good. It 's just that the check-in process takes a long time (approximately 30 minutes) during peak season. Then the refrigerator in the room didn't work. I was informed that the refrigerator had not been working for a long time. Too bad!
