I always love Swiss-Bel. I stayed here for a night so that I can have a dedicated space where the Wi-Fi is good and for there to have no distractions. And I got exactly that and more because it is walking distance to the city center so I got to easily meet up with the people who are living around the area, it is very conveniently located towards the end of Tunjungan Street.

The room was clean but the AC wasn't cold enough, the breakfast was quite good, the location was strategic, but because there was an event near the hotel, the loud sound of the sound system disturbed our rest a bit.

Please replace the bathroom shower. It was really annoying to take shower while the water was practically dripping.
Room soundproof is almost nothing. Motorbike sound from jalan Tunjungan was really killing me especially in the weekend after midnight. My advice, donโt take any room facing the street.

Because the hotel was busy, we were only able to check in at 3:30 PM (1.5 hours later than the supposed 2:00 PM check-in time). Hopefully, this will be improved for a hotel of Swissbellin's stature.
