The hotel looked quite dated and the fridge in our room was not working. The children 's playground needs more maintenance. The hotel only gave 1 passcard for the room, and we had to deposit Rp100k to get another one, which was quite unusual since other hotels typically gave us 2 passcards by default. But I don't know if this hotel experienced unpleasant case in giving its visitor 2 passcards so they had to differentiate their policy, who knows. Now on the positive side, the service was good, from the reception area to the cleaning service. The Jade Lounge boasted a good outdoor view, and adjacent to the apartement beside. Breakfast was suprisingly good. They didn't have a wide range of dishes, or any exquisite meal, but they did well on what they served. The coffee machine was really nice touch, since I could get shots of espresso by myself. Really easy to order Gofood or Grabfood since the hotel was located across Plaza Kalibata.

Very unprofessional action by the front office team. They given out the guest details and lift access to the room from stranger. They should have check with the guest to confirm if they are expecting outside guess. I was very shocked and terrified when someone knocked on the door without any of my concerns or expecting outsiders.

Easy access, nearby train station and the traffic is still considered okay. Mall nearby and many choices of restaurant nearby as well. The receptionist was friendly and explaining things clearly (thank you for the cold towel when the staff saw me exhausted from the hot weather). Great experience for one night, perhaps the only minus is you can still hear the train sound and sounds from next room for such a light sleeper like me. Beside that, everything was nice. Thank you.

I've stayed in numerous hotels throughout my life, and this is one of the worst experiences in context of hospitality of the employees. I stayed in suite room, I booked 3 rooms in total (2 suites & 1 deluxe), but I didn't even get to experience a decent service from the employees. Starting from the problem with the luggage, there's no initiative to help my parents carry their suitcase, so they ended up carrying it by themselves. The front office staff doesn't even smile. They just keep looking at their computer, and they even failed to register my car plate number for the free parking (so I have to wait about 15 minutes in the exit gate after I checked out). The deposit, they only accept CASH, no CC, they said this is their newest policy. Really? With all this digitalization era? In this new normal, cashless era. The room cards that suddenly can not be used. They said it's because we put it to close to the phone. But my mom's card didn't even go near her cell phone, it stayed in the card slot beside the door the whole time. The bathroom that stinks from the time I entered the room, I ended up cleaning the bathroom floor by myself, and it got better. So the cleaning must be not thorough. The lighting in my suite room is too dark. I compared with my parents suite room, and theirs were not as dark as mine. Mine is not normal, like the lights beside the bed are about to go out. The water drainage in my suite room suddenly got clogged. Short hairs and dirty things coming out from the drains. The staff came and when they checked we've already cleaned the shower area, and suddenly the clogging doesn't appear anymore, so we can not prove nor say anything. The waitress at the restaurant doesn't even ask “excuse me, are you finished with this?” Or “may I take this out?”. They just take the plate without saying anything. It happened for 2 days straight, so it's not just 1 person. The most important thing is I did not even hear a single “SORRY” from them. After I complained politely about the bathroom and the card, no sorry, nothing. I even got blamed from putting the card to close to the phone (which didn't happen). All this things happen while we are in the middle of preparing and also attending our relatives wedding, which got married in the swissbell's ballroom. Can you imagine how stressful it is? Plus I paid for 2 suite rooms, and 1 deluxe room already. The only nice thing I got is 3 slice of cakes, which I heard that it was accidentally being put in the same plate (supposed to be 1 cake for each room that I booked) Considering the reputable “Swissbell” name, I hope you can improve the training for the employees. Thank you.
