This hotel is perfect as it is budget friendly and it is near everything! the beach... the restos, the shops, convenience stores are a stones throw away too! It was a good choice bundling this with my flight! Looking forward to my next adventure trip!

My experiences, the facilities, and the things i get:
Near the road with many small shops and restaurants.
Friendly receptionist(s).
Not so small bedroom.
Room with connecting door is not available.
Free water to drink inside the room.
Non-buffet breakfast (i prefer buffet).
Hot and cold water in bathroom.
Not so small bathroom.
Towel(s) for shower (a bit dirty. Better bring your own :()
I can’t find the shampoo, only the soap :(
AC not working well (a bit hot at the start).
Already-dirty trash bin.
Billiard table.
Not so small swimming pool but it’s dirty! Better clean it up staffs!!
Well, this is the friendly budgeting place after all

On family vacation. We booked 2 rooms. If you will spend your day outside visit places and only need place to sleep, this hotel could be the choice.

My initial plan was to stay here for 2 nights, but only 1 night i decided to check out. I would like to review this hotel based on my 1-night experience stayed here. The plus point about this hotel is: - Perfect location (in the center of Seminyak area, close to restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.) The minus points, which make me to shorten the stay duration, are: - The hotel was creepy, it's actually an old hotel with old furniture and old electronics, even the TV couldn't be turn on because of broken remote, also they still haven't used a door key card system (which i think it's a standard for 3-star hotel) - The bedroom floor has many stains - There were no any glass / cup provided in the room - The bathroom amenities provided were only 2 bar soap and 1 tissue (beside towels), even no toothbrush and toothpaste provided - The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, when i wanted to rent a motorbike i called the receptionist to help me, they told me that there is no motorbike that can be rented and asked me to walk outside and find the rentals by myself - The swimming pool was dirty and not suitable for swimming - The breakfast here use a la carte style, but the menu variant were very limited, only offer an omelette or fried rice/noodle for the food and orange juice or milk/tea/coffee for the drink

The hotel is indeed an old hotel, the rooms are standard, the location is good, going everywhere is easy. Klau to just sleep and go from this tiring routine to a good place to stay on a limited budget. Don't expect hotel services like a 4 star or 5 star hotel. The staff is friendly, even though there are only a few bamun staff they are very cooperative.

Not really good, the door has a gap, the coffee maker has no spoon, the phone doesn't work. The bathroom only has no soap and toothpaste and shampoo, the balcony tends to impose very much. The subject isn't really good.
