stayed in the family executive type, in front of the pool. It's okay so you don't have to walk far from the room to get to the pool. But please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room. If the staff is hard to ask for help cleaning, try putting a broom or mop at least a mat in the room, because every time the kids finish swimming, the floor becomes wet and slippery and there are no cleaning tools at all in the room. There is no mat for wet rags. For food, it's so-so. Breakfast at 8 pm the food is finished, the plates & glasses are also finished. Dessert is minimal. So you have to wait.

for the friendliness of the staff it's good, the cleanliness of the room is a bit dirty the floor but its okay overall okayy, breakfast because I was on the weekend so I got a buffet of various (fried rice, fried chicken, bakwan, vermicelli, capcay, porridge) drinks there are coffee/tea but for the taste in my opinion it's not bland enough, there's no salty/spicy taste.. the views are the best.. I took the ethnic room, it's really nice, in my opinion the room is classic like a traditional house, not like a modern hotel in general..

Strategic location because it is on the side of the highway. I happened to get a room right near the swimming pool. Arrived around 12.30 and checked in straight away but towels were only delivered at 15.30. The pillow cases were a bit dirty. The tiles also looked like they hadn't been mopped but so far there was less dust. Got a banana and boiled peanuts as a night snack. Breakfast was a standard fruit menu, only watermelon. So far the staff, from the front office to the room boy and waiters, are friendly and responsive.

Location easy to reach, comfortable atmosphere, clean swimming pool, Suitable for overnight stay with family, building is old and needs to be refreshed, cleanliness for room and bathroom areas needs to be improved again. But overall my family and I enjoyed spending the night at the hotel Taman Teratai, thank you.

The hotel is comfortable, the AC is also cold, the water heater also works well, the wifi is also good, not slow, the food is delicious and you can also get evening snacks, the staff are also friendly and work in a set, but unfortunately the floor is a bit dusty, hopefully in the future it can be given more attention ๐๐๐ป

The staff are friendly, the service is good, but if possible, the ethnic rooms should be renovated, the wood is starting to rot, the mattress and bed sheets look shabby, the wifi has to be outside the room to connect, but the offer all will try the room near the swimming pool.
