It's my first time here at Terrz Tree, I had a wonderful experience during my stay, we were greeted and checked in by friendly and attentive staff who made sure all my needs were met. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The food it's very nice, amazing service provided by Mr. Aldi and Mr. Agus, he was very welcoming and helpful, thank you!!!!! I'll come back again.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant even though it is for smoking but when you enter it smells good, the AC is very cold, the bathroom is clean, the towels smell good. The best stay here and always a regular.

I've been here for almost 3 months, all the staff are friendly. Moreover, the FO is all friendly and polite. The FO's name is Anca, there's Nova, there's Aldi, one more I forgot. The security is also friendly and polite. There's Syahril, Lecu and Babe who like to chat with people.

In the bathroom under the bidet there is a small gap between the floor and the wall, and animals like uget uget come out in large numbers, I was surprised when I entered the bathroom in the morning to find lots of animals on the floor.
