It was great. First time staycation with a 7 month old baby. The staff was very welcomed especially the security, he entertained my son and he was so happy. The hotel was located in the center of surya kencana street so for you who wants to enjoy variety of Bogor foods, then you have to stay here at 101 surya kencana.

This was our first time staying at The 101 Bogor Suryakencana Hotel. Our first impression was that check-in was very quick, and we were assisted by a member of staff named Mr. Billy. There were children's activities on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and breakfast was also delicious.

Please fix the security guard, how can he ride a motorbike to deliver goods to the dropoff, even though the other staff are friendly, only one security guard is not friendly. The rest are friendly. Can you fix this?

The security guards were very friendly and coordinated with each other to find parking, but the night receptionist at check-in was a bit unfriendly, according to my wife.
The soundproofing was lacking, as noise could be heard from upstairs and the next room.

The hotel is located in the city center, on the busy Surya Kencana Street.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, but the balcony view is less than ideal, as it only overlooks Bogor's residential areas. The room is non-smoking, but unfortunately, it's not soundproof, so it's a bit noisy.
The breakfast menu is varied, but the taste is decent. The restaurant is cozy.
The hotel is located near the market and many Bogor culinary specialties. For those who like culinary delights, just walk around the hotel.
The room rate is a bit overpriced in my opinion, compared to other hotels with similar facilities.
Overall, it's a good place to stay and vacation.

1. The location is convenient, there's plenty of parking, and even when it's busy, you can still park on the hotel grounds.
2. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of food.
3. Plenty of kids' activities on weekends.
4. Clean rooms.
5. The hotel staff is friendly, and the security guards are also helpful.
Minuses
1. Smoking is allowed in areas with lots of children, including the swimming pool area. This makes it uncomfortable. These areas should be smoke-free, but instead, they're filled with cigarette smoke.
2. The hotel staff suddenly cleaned the room even though I hadn't hung a sign on the door requesting cleaning. As a result, our sheets weren't even changed.
3. There's no playground; the meeting room is used as a playground. Because it's close to the swimming pool area, which allows smoking, the room smells of cigarette smoke.

The security guards were very friendly and coordinated with each other to find parking, but the night receptionist at check-in was a bit unfriendly, according to my wife.
The soundproofing was lacking, as noise could be heard from upstairs and the next room.

The hotel is located in the city center, on the busy Surya Kencana Street.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, but the balcony view is less than ideal, as it only overlooks Bogor's residential areas. The room is non-smoking, but unfortunately, it's not soundproof, so it's a bit noisy.
The breakfast menu is varied, but the taste is decent. The restaurant is cozy.
The hotel is located near the market and many Bogor culinary specialties. For those who like culinary delights, just walk around the hotel.
The room rate is a bit overpriced in my opinion, compared to other hotels with similar facilities.
Overall, it's a good place to stay and vacation.

Pluses
1. The location is convenient, there's plenty of parking, and even when it's busy, you can still park on the hotel grounds.
2. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of food.
3. Plenty of kids' activities on weekends.
4. Clean rooms.
5. The hotel staff is friendly, and the security guards are also helpful.
Minuses
1. Smoking is allowed in areas with lots of children, including the swimming pool area. This makes it uncomfortable. These areas should be smoke-free, but instead, they're filled with cigarette smoke.
2. The hotel staff suddenly cleaned the room even though I hadn't hung a sign on the door requesting cleaning. As a result, our sheets weren't even changed.
3. There's no playground; the meeting room is used as a playground. Because it's close to the swimming pool area, which allows smoking, the room smells of cigarette smoke.
