The 101 Malang OJ Hotel is the best 101 hotel I’ve ever visited. I was warmly welcomed, even though I felt a bit unpresentable after just returning from my Bromo trip. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and had a wonderfully positive vibe.
I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team—Sherly, Mitha, AmelFO, Delin, Dario, Gisel, Calisa, Rama, Marsuki, Keni, Natasa, Elsa, DimasACT, Rian, Manda, Dilla, and Isti (I hope I’ve mentioned everyone)—for making my solo trip so much more joyful.

The service was excellent. I stayed here because I was going to Bromo. I was worried about leaving Bromo at check-out, but they were very kind, offering to leave the key with me, and thankfully, I was still able to clean the room before checking out. I'll definitely be back here again if I go to Malang.

The staff was friendly and helpful when carrying heavy or large items. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean. I only tried the food once, and it was quite tasty and varied. It's close to various culinary spots and not too far from the mall.

Although we only stayed for one day and one night at 101 OJ Klojen Malang, we found the service provided by the management to be excellent.
Our family loved the clear mountain views from the rooftop of Hotel 101.
The hotel staff, from the security guards, doormen, front desk staff, and even the hotel manager, were very friendly.
The security guards and doormen were quick to respond and helped with luggage during both check-in and check-out.
Hotel amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, hot water shower, electric kettle, and more all functioned well. The hotel's cleanliness was also very well maintained.
Another highlight was the strategic location of Hotel 101 OJ, close to Malang Baru Station, Klojen Market, and more.

My first stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent.
The food was delicious, too.
It was easy to get to various places.
I especially received a complimentary cake from the management staff (Shasha, Mitha, Shinta, Rina, Faridz, Rama, Nova, Khalisa, Dimas (acc.), Stephen Rifki, Alta, Ina, Yola, Bila, Epa, Celsi, Febri, Tasya, Elsa).

Suitable for families, close access to everything because it's located in the city center. There's a wide selection of breakfast options. The playground could perhaps be equipped with some more rides or toys so children can enjoy playing more comfortably.
