Such a good hotel but a little bit pricey. I booked Alana for 1 night at first but in the end, we decided to extend. I have a good experience here, start from check in was so fast (just take 5 minutes) and the concierge was very helpful. Their room service is nice, I request for extra towel and we get it. Their pool is quite big. And a much option menu for breakfast. Thank you, Alana, surely I'll be back later

Presume to be a nice & smooth check-in, already have online check-in, but still. My room was almost given to the group who's check-in at the same time. My 2 rooms booking almost lost and separated 👎🏻. If I'm not telling the FA (name are*) that I already know my room on the 8th floor and side by side (I already reconfirm a day before). Also even I have already given my ID card and already check-in online. Still he kept mention me 2-3 times with the wrong name, a woman's name 👎🏻. Have no problem with my first room #8025. Everything is just perfect. Even there's a swan towel on the bed from Rizal, the Room Attendant 👍🏻. In second room #8025: When we check-in, the room is still in the twin bed setting (the good things room attendant, Rizal, that still around the room make a quick change setup 👍🏻). Also the TV need to be service. Cause the picture not good for the eye, looks like it's having a magnet problem in the whole TV display. Already try in the pictures setting but still not helping 👎🏻. Too bad I try the Vertical Lounge and did not have a discount for the Archipelago Membership (the total bills around IDR 700k-800k)👎🏻. I'm a bit confused about this, cause still between the front office and FB outlets are not synced with the POS system. So even if I put my bill to room, it's still should be paid separately. It happens when I pay for the Extra Breakfast for my friend (when I check out, the restaurant girl comes to front office with the EDC and I pay with the restaurant EDC. Not the front office edc) 👎🏻. The good things are still a big balcony and perfect room. This is my second/third time staying here 👍🏻. Also. To be honest. Now the food is far tastier, compare to my previous stay. It's an improvement 👍🏻

I was shock at first with the price given, but then, I just give it a go. Turned out, the occupancy level was so high! So pricey, yet so many people would like to pay. But it was all worth the price! This is the first time I booked a hotel who give dinner as compliment! Hence the price tag! There are other hidden gems also that seemed not so many people aware of. There is a pool table on 2nd floor, and we enjoyed it really much. All of the other facilities are well written and told by other guests. Awesome!

Great service from Alana hotel staffs especially to Sahra and Gita from GRO Alana, also Jeni from front desk who made our stay memorable. The rest of the crews at Alana also so friendly like the securities, the housekeeping, etc. Such a beautiful design in our rooms for my son bday plus yummy sliced cake were prepared upon our arrival, thanks to Sahra and Gita. We were so grateful for Alana's hospitality. Pool is clean and mu children love it. Rooms are also so clean and the King Koil beds are so comfy. Breakfast also yummy. Thumbs up for Alana hotel and all the staffs there!

Have a good experience staying in Alana. Overall good. Room was cozy. The food was good. Staff hotel was quite helpful to give us an early check in when we came though we hadn't requested it previously.

A very nice place to staycation, even though the variety of food for breakfast needs to improve. A room with wide balcony and pool view was satisfying. You might have good view of nature. Good hospitality by the time you arrived and checked out.
