Stayed 3D2N for a solo staycation. The hotel is modern & cozy. Room was clean & comfy, with a nice city view. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good enough with several options.
Loved the pool and gym for relaxing. Location is also strategic, easy to find food & hang out spots nearby. Overall, a nice place to chill alone or with friends. Would stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and the service remains excellent. The only downside is the limited parking, which I'd suggest the hotel could expand.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Palembang. The rooms are clean, the pool view is beautiful, there's a seating area near the pool, and the pool is open until 8 p.m. The food is also plentiful and delicious.

Open 3 rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we had breakfast at the restaurant with a wide variety of menu options. There are several restaurants in front of the hotel as an alternative, and there's an Alfamart and Indomaret next door.

Overall everything was okay except for the noise from the next room, I happened to get a room with a connecting door and the next room started playing music quite loudly at 9, finally at 10 I asked the receptionist to lower the volume and they immediately responded. Even though it was still quite noisy until midnight because it seemed like they were having a party and their friends also came, the noise was still tolerable. Just a suggestion if you only book one room, if possible don't get one with a connecting door because the sound can be heard very well in the next room 😌😌
