The hotel is located in the city center, the hotel area has many restaurants and is also close to minimarkets so it is easy for us to find food or other needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful when we need extra towels. Unfortunately the room is not very soundproof, especially our room is close to the elevator for staff so when they carry things through the elevator their conversation can be heard clearly from inside the room. Even the sound of a child crying from the next room can be heard clearly. Complete facilities, but because of the long weekend, all places are crowded, both at the swimming pool and the gym. Breakfast is quite good in terms of taste, but unfortunately for fruit slices are limited, the variety of food is also not too much. Additional breakfast costs for children over 4-9 years old are 50% of the adult rate and 10 years and above are calculated as adults at a rate of 180 thousand.

There are some foods that are too salty like fried noodles and pasta. The variety of food is also too little, not like the picture that looks luxurious. Moreover, there is one male staff in the restaurant whose face is not very friendly when taking plates from the food table. Huffth looks like he is having a lot of problems. The parking lot is too narrow on the ground floor. Except for the parking lot outside the hotel which is wider. Apart from that, fortunately the place is comfortable.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses/pillows, amenities, and a mini bar. Breakfast is quite varied, complete with a local menu. Around the hotel there are culinary places, namely Pempek Candy, Pempek Beringin, Kopi Tiam, Alfa and Indomart, as well as local shops. Close to the mosque. Swimming pool on the 10th floor with a view of the peak of the Ampera bridge. Fitness room on the 11th floor.

The service is okay, the staff are friendly. Strategic location, complete surroundings with many places to eat and shop, and easy access to the hotel. Complete & spacious gym, pool big enough for swimming, friendly service, but unfortunately the breakfast service is stiff & unfriendly. If we don't have breakfast at the restaurant, it can't be wrapped to be eaten at the swimming pool. So the guest's right to breakfast that has been paid for is lost.

staying at this hotel is comfortable, the food has many variations, complete fitness equipment. the only thing that disappoints is the car park. there are empty parking spaces, in fact they are not allowed to be filled, the security said it had been booked by the person staying, if you want to book it you have to go to the receptionist. when I asked the receptionist there was no such policy, if the parking space is empty it can be filled... even though I also stayed at the ALTS hotel... so it made me confused 😔😔
