Security in the lobby is quick to respond if the restaurant/breakfast doesn't have delicious food and the menu is limited and the facilities ordered on the application and at the hotel are very different, I don't know which one is wrong.

Stayed 3D2N for a solo staycation. The hotel is modern & cozy. Room was clean & comfy, with a nice city view. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good enough with several options.
Loved the pool and gym for relaxing. Location is also strategic, easy to find food & hang out spots nearby. Overall, a nice place to chill alone or with friends. Would stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and the service remains excellent. The only downside is the limited parking, which I'd suggest the hotel could expand.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Palembang. The rooms are clean, the pool view is beautiful, there's a seating area near the pool, and the pool is open until 8 p.m. The food is also plentiful and delicious.
