Surprise when I came to stay here again, the room looks cleaner, the sheets smell good, there are lots of pillows, prayer mats, mukena, sarongs, and the Qur'an are provided. There is a kettle, mineral water. The staff are all friendly as usual, serving well. The location is quite strategic, there are many culinary places around.

One of the best experiences when I went to Bandung, even though it could be said that the hotel was still a 2-star hotel, but the service I felt was truly a 4-star hotel service, all the staff were really friendly, and what was even more surprising was that the car was really dirty the night before, but in the morning it had been washed really clean, wow, this kind of service is the best 😍.

The hotel's location is on the roadside, the rooms and restrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. For around 200,000 Rupiah, you get breakfast of fried rice, fried flat noodles, and bread. Thank you, Bougenville Hotel.

I chose this hotel for my sister's graduation ceremony near Trans Studio.
For 340,000 Rupiah, I got a spacious, clean, and fragrant room. No bedbugs, no strange odors.
I got two large beds, and the room was still spacious enough to relax on the floor while watching TV with my family.
The room was equipped with a prayer robe, prayer mat, and a Quran.
Check-in and check-out were easy, hassle-free, and no deposit required.
The service staff was also very kind, lending an iron and cutlery, and they delivered it.
I requested an early breakfast, and it was delivered.
The hot shower ran smoothly, and the toilet was clean and odor-free. The amenities were complete.
A bonus was the car wash from the security guard 😇
All the staff were friendly and prompt, and the service was excellent.
The only downside was the noise due to the room's location right next to the main road. 🥺 I wish the noise from outside could be dampened 😅
Hopefully, I can stay there again next time.
An incredibly memorable and enjoyable experience.
Recommended for families looking for a budget-friendly vacation near Trans Studio Bandung.

The hotel staff is very friendly and kind. The only downside is that the AC is noisy, but other than that, it's worth it. Satisfying. There are prayer mats, mukena, Quran, Wi-Fi, and it's really cool. Highly recommended.
