It was our second visit to this hotel, incidentally during this pandemic, we are looking for a hotel that has access to fresh air atmosphere to the garden, safe, quiet, also clean, well maintained, comfortable rooms and bathrooms and friendly services. The staff are friendly, and the security guards are also friendly. The rooms are clean and the parking is always safe. When checking out, they gave me a Tumblr 🤩🤩 I will stay here again next time. It's very close to food vendors.

Please list the hotel's extra bed surcharge policy in the app. We arrived late at night and found out there was an additional 150,000 IDR charge for an extra bed because we were staying with my child and three. The staff informed us that it was in the hotel policy, but it wasn't listed in the app. I just read other customer reviews and found that children under 12 are charged an extra bed fee. We were trying to save money, but ended up paying the same as a star-rated hotel because we booked two nights directly through the app.
