New hotel so very clean and at its shape. Really worth the money. Remarkable view from our bedroom at 16th floor as you can see in the photo. Will absolutely recommend it to friends and family if they visit Malang.

The room is clean, the bathroom smells good, the hotel is comfortable for resting, because the location is next to the mall, it makes it easy to find food, the staff are friendly, from the lobby to the other rooms the aroma of tea is fragrant....very nice

Booked for two days but only stayed for half a day. Pool, restaurant, etc. were not operational. Many units on my floor were broken / unusable. My own unit had noisy AC, TV could but regular channels, wifi please be patient, beddings felt less clean. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a shame it seems like there are rarely any people using it.

The hotel is located in the mall area and not far from the center of Malang. If you want to go to Batu, it's not too far, but unfortunately for late check-out, you could say it's not possible.
