The hotel staff is quite friendly. The receptionist isn't on-site, so it's best to contact the hotel before checking in. Room service for breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is strategically located near the airport, restaurants, and convenience stores.

No soap provided & AC is not cold enough, otherwise very good. Clean, tidy, spacious room, drinking water & kettle provided, hot water in the toilet is quite good, some furniture looks old, very strategic location (many mini markets, shops, food stalls)

Just for information for others, if you bring your family, for more than 2 people, children from junior high school and above will be charged an additional 100 thousand per person without breakfast.

Regarding hotel policy, we respectfully inform you that all our rooms are designed for a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 1 child aged 0–10 years old at no additional charge. For additional guests above the age limit, in accordance with the extra person policy, an additional charge of IDR 100,000 / person / night without breakfast will be charged. In Mr. Zainal's reservation for 4 people, we applied an additional charge for only 1 guest, because the accompanying child has exceeded the free age limit according to our policy. We understand that this policy may not be entirely convenient for all guests, and we greatly appreciate your feedback as part of our efforts to continuously improve the quality of service.
