Good hotel and fair price. The location is good...near Dago, Riau and not crowded. Breakfast is not bad, enough for us.

The room is spacious and super nice, as well as the staff. We had breakfast, and the food variety and taste were also delicious. A few things I wanted to highlight, especially regarding the parking lot: due to limited space, we had to park on the other side of the building, three buildings away from the hotel. There’s no complimentary parking service; instead, they offer valet parking (not free), so we had to park and walk back to the hotel. Another issue is the water quality in the hotel, which was not good and made my hair extremely dry.

Pros: Strategic location (easy to find places to eat), spacious and clean room, varied breakfast menu, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The shower room floor is poorly cleaned, needs to be scrubbed to prevent it from being slippery.

Everything was very good. The only thing was that my room was on top of a very noisy swimming pool, and I could not concentrate on my work. So hopefully next time I will be given a different room.

Location ok. Room space ok and clean enough. Staff ok. Noodle corner's staff should improve skill, cause too late in preparing food and for the hotel, why there's no meatball sauce at the noodle corner ? meanwhile the hotel provide meatball.
