Comfortable room, I've stayed here many times and never been disappointed, it's just that not many TVs can support Netflix, only certain rooms, but overall it's good, especially the friendly reception staff, Kak Cut and Kak Nadia were very helpful during my stay here, I will come back here again ❤️

It was a good staycation here, even though a little bit far from an elevator guest. Also, for several times the light was off. But, it was a comfy and big hotel. Gonna be stay again in here next time.

Just stayed at The Reiz but it was very satisfying, everything was okay, strategic location, complete rooms with amenities, and the price is also very affordable, the staff are also friendly and very helpful, especially Kak Cut at the receptionist, very kind and helpful during the stay, continued success The Reiz 👌

Everything is good, but it is not stated that the apartment has swimming pool facilities and in the picture there is a pool but in reality there is none and apparently the apartment has two different facilities that are not explained so it makes customers misunderstand.

large room equipped with a small kitchen. unfortunately the room next to us is a bit noisy because the next room has a dining table, the sound of chairs sliding can be heard at night when you want to sleep

the room is okay, this is the 4th time I've stayed here, everything is still comfortable, it's just that there is no swimming pool anymore, but it's still a favorite place to stay because apart from the strategic location, the staff are also friendly, there are Kak Cut and Kak Nadia and the staff who clean the room are also friendly, basically it's great 👌
