Everything was good. The room was spacious, and the price was comparable to other hotels. Although there wasn't breakfast, it was okay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionists who helped me check out today, Anisa and Chintya, were child-friendly. Everyone was friendly. I'll definitely stay here again.

A perfect place to stay for families. It's in the city center. It's just that the roads are often congested in the afternoon. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, too.

This hotel is overrated. i thought becaus it was curated by artotel, the hotel would be good, but it was the opposite.
First of all, the reception was NOT friendly at all when we checked in. No smile, no eye contact, just like robot, typing in our contacts.
The toilet has a bad smell coming from the drainage. The bathroom was flooded due to clogged drain.
And the room was not soundproof. We stayed on 7th floor and we can hear the motorcycle sound and the music.
