Located at the prime area of Solo. All the activities are within walking distance from the hotel: post office, some banks, street food, traditional clothing market, Catholic church, and even the Sunan Palace. I guess the hotel has the best services from security officers, front office, rooms, etc. Overall it's an awesome hotel. Trust me, I mean it.

Good experience to stay here, the hotel ambience is very good, the design is classic, lots of puppets and gamelan at the Lobby… All staff are friendly and helpful. I'll be back to stay here if I visit Solo.

Very helpful and attentive concierge and security person; accommodating me in either temporarily storing my rented bicycle during my stay, and keeping my bag for several hours after my check-out time. Thank you!

The location was in the middle of Solo and the room was big. The building is quite an old one but really like the heritage vibes of the hotel. You can find many batik patterns in the wall and ‘wayang’ in every corner of this hotel. This hotel really represents Solo as a Batik City.

The hotel is luxurious, and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, we were unlucky to get a room with a leaking ceiling when it rained. The staff then moved us to another room, but unfortunately, that room was smaller, the sink and bathtub water were dirty, and the linens were unclean.

When we arrived at the room, it turned out we got a room with a less cold AC, finally the AC technician came, and after checking and dismantling the top, the room was finally cold again. Thank you for the service.
As for the swimming pool, the kids didn't get to swim, because the pool is only one size for adults, so the swimsuits weren't used.
Coincidentally, we stayed on Saturday and checked out on Sunday, because in front of the hotel there is a CFD along Jalan Slamet Riyadi.

The location is very strategic, close to the city center and close to culinary, I have stayed 3 times and still come back here even though there are many horror reviews, but it is safe, the room is clean, the toilet is also clean... 1 suggestion, even if you add 1 day with the same room, it is better to change the sheets, overall there are no problems and it is recommended

We were grateful for the room upgrade to deluxe due to maintenance in the superior room. The room was nice, with a bathtub. We were only bothered by a large gecko in room 925. Perhaps cleaning/pest control could be done. Overall, everything was pleasant. Thank you.

We found glass shards in the bathroom, apparently from a broken glass, and some small pieces even got stepped on and stuck in my friend’s foot. Please make sure to pay extra attention to cleanliness, as this is dangerous.

When we arrived at the room, it turned out we got a room with a less cold AC, finally the AC technician came, and after checking and dismantling the top, the room was finally cold again. Thank you for the service.
As for the swimming pool, the kids didn't get to swim, because the pool is only one size for adults, so the swimsuits weren't used.
Coincidentally, we stayed on Saturday and checked out on Sunday, because in front of the hotel there is a CFD along Jalan Slamet Riyadi.

The location is very strategic, close to the city center and close to culinary, I have stayed 3 times and still come back here even though there are many horror reviews, but it is safe, the room is clean, the toilet is also clean... 1 suggestion, even if you add 1 day with the same room, it is better to change the sheets, overall there are no problems and it is recommended

We were grateful for the room upgrade to deluxe due to maintenance in the superior room. The room was nice, with a bathtub. We were only bothered by a large gecko in room 925. Perhaps cleaning/pest control could be done. Overall, everything was pleasant. Thank you.

We found glass shards in the bathroom, apparently from a broken glass, and some small pieces even got stepped on and stuck in my friend’s foot. Please make sure to pay extra attention to cleanliness, as this is dangerous.

Located at the prime area of Solo. All the activities are within walking distance from the hotel: post office, some banks, street food, traditional clothing market, Catholic church, and even the Sunan Palace. I guess the hotel has the best services from security officers, front office, rooms, etc. Overall it's an awesome hotel. Trust me, I mean it.
