Here are second time I'm stayaction at royal krakatau. I'm stayed in room 809 for 2 night periode 29-31 August 2022. Big hotel, with staff security, concierge front office most harmfully. The fast check in. Room are spotless, comfort bed, good AC, complete aminities. In time breakfast, any misscommunication restaurant with front office reservation. I show from "809" and the greeter says "my room does not include bf". I showed my voucher traveloka, and she read with breakfast. She called reception, about my room, got confirmation from front office room only. This is ashamed. Yunita told me to go to the front office. And show the voucher, got clearly with breakfast. I understand, maybe not interface voucher email with PMS, its okay. I enjoy breakfast. Room 5/5. Staff 4/5. Breakfast 3/5

Not enough description on app this hotel has different location between tower or bungalow type, and hotel crew on the receptionist lack of hospitality and give the card key not accessible to the room which is far enough to walk from tower to bungalow, I am waiting long enough at bungalow trying to open the door, and in my tired condition I must go back to the receptionist table. I am Indonesian and I feel a different treatment with expatriate.
