The Sintesa Jimbaran Bali

Worst experience! I was very exhausted and woke up at 5am because my face was bitten by ants! Turns out the pillow that I slept on was covered with ants and the entire bed underneath was covered by ants. I called the staff to change the room but they showed up with the cleaning supplies. I asked again to change the room and finally they gave me. But no apologies whatsoever from the staff. This definitely not a five star hotel.

The hotel hospitality was good and it looked like an old hotel and the maintenance was not properly done. Hopefully, the management could be restructured and had maintenance to keep standing out the good of the hotel.

No service Food & Drink. Noise of Compresor Air Condition.

All perfect. This is 5th time our trip stay at Sintesa Jimbaran. All perfet. Definetely will come back again soon.

This was my worst stay ever. Up on booking I requested a higher floor and on Check in I asked for it again to make sure. Instead the receiptuonist told me that I will get a free upgrade since the room I booked isn't available due to the Pandemie. When I entered the room it looked nice but it wasn't a higher floor but only ground floor with WALL view. He told me they only have this few rooms available that why I got an upgrade but hey there are also other rooms available in a higher floor since I have seen guests there. I booked my stay way ahead to make sure to have a room with view during the new year Eve. I came here with my family and my daughter likes to swim. But hey the praised pool is totally dirty and milky. How are you expecting to have your little one swimming there. To have at least some enjoyment I tried the TV which had only Antenna connected and the receition is very bad too. I connected my laptop with HDMI and we were trying to watch a movie. The TV was just flackering. And it was very annoying watching a movie like that. I booked the hotel for two nights but after one night we checked out because we couldn't stand this. When I checked out the receiption even didn't noticed that I check out one day earlier. I told them my dissatisfaction. And I just got the excuse that because of the pandemic they are not fully operational. Hey yes OK I understand but at least maintain what you are offering in your descriptions. If you say you have a pool than keep it clean at least. Or mention that the Pool is not available at the moment. How ever no reimbursement or voucher or anything got offered. However I knew my booking is not refundable but shouldn't you think about something to make it up again in the future maybe. Over all I don't recommend staying here Pandemic or no Pandemic I have stayed in several hotels in Bali and there by far other hotels out there which handle the Pandemic much better and are even cheaper. Thanks.

The hotel super cozy, perfect for family, the room super huge. The kitchen set and cutleries super complete. Their staffs super kind and helpful. Thanks!

Apparently all facilities are closed (gym, restaurant, bar, pool). Due to covid -19 as reception explanation, but They should tell when we booked. Through the application not showing at all. So we can decide it when we want to purchase not when we already arrived at the Hotel.
