Every time I have a work assignment in Surabaya, I definitely stay at the square because it is cheap but the service is very good, the rooms are also clean and strategically located.

It's fun, the rooms are clean, really comfortable, the food is good, the location is close to tourist attractions, access is close to the airport so it won't be rushed if the flight starts to the airport. The service is okay. Not tired of going back and forth to stay here. Thanks.

The service from the staff was very friendly, but because there were several rooms next to the room I was staying in that were being renovated, it was a bit noisy.

This hotel is designed for apartments, so the air conditioning is located in the rooms. The AC is very loud and disrupts sleep. It can be set to a different mode, but if it's set to just air (no sound), the room gets hot. The rooms, etc., are old and have minimal maintenance.

Location: Close to the airport, malls, and especially the UK Petra campus. This hotel is highly recommended for guests staying at UK Petra for business or business purposes. It's very close to UK Petra, easily accessible on foot.
Numerous minimarkets and simple eateries are located nearby, making it easy to find delicious and affordable food.
Facilities: A comfortable and clean gym and pool are available. They are open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note: There is no breakfast or cafe, but these can be replaced by the minimarkets and food stalls located nearby.
Staff: Friendly and informative, very helpful in meeting guests' needs.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable.
Overall, this hotel is recommended, and the rates are affordable and commensurate with the facilities offered.

An old but fairly clean hotel, located across from Petra University, making it easy to find food. The white towels have turned cream. There's a swimming pool and fitness center. The hot water was intermittent.

Very good. Only the AC is an old model, so it's a bit noisy. For people who are used to using inverter AC, it seems like it will be a bit difficult to sleep soundly here. Other than that, everything is comfortable.
