Staff was friendly, the hotel location is perfect right in the middle of the city, close to anywhere. Hot water worked. I'm not expecting that much though, but they must improve cleanliness on the bathroom and I stay for 2 days but they didn't clean my room and didn't give complimentary water on the 2nd day, but I don't know, do I have to give my key if I want my room to be cleaned? So far, all is good. Will be back soon.

Thank you very much for the input Mr. Tito for his input. We will fix the lack of bathroom cleanliness, Pak Tito. Actually, we do the procedures for make up rooms (including completing and replacing supplies and amenities) every day for extended guest rooms like Mr. Tito. But it was our fault, from the start we didn't remind to leave the room key at the reception when Mr. Tito left the hotel for this we apologize profusely. In the future, we will try to prevent this from happening again, Mr. Tito.

Positives: 1. The receptionist staff were very helpful and friendly. 2. AC worked very well. 3. Hot water worked well. Negative: 1. Cleanliness. We ordered non-smoking room, however when we arrived, there was ash-tray in the room and the nightstands were covered by ashes. We informed the hotel but no one from hotel ever cleaned the night-stands nor the table from ashes until we checked-out. We understood completely that this is a small hotel, but cleanliness is something a service industry cannot ignore.

It’s been 2 times to stay. Nothing changed much in everything. Overall was ok. Only tv couldn’t be watched because of bad channel, very blurry. Better not to provide the tv

the staff are really helped, nice and the room is clean. even we stay at standard room with fan the service are really good. for sure will be back to stay here again when I visit pemalang again

This hotel is located in a strategic location, near the train station, stores, and city center. Staffs are good and cooperative. However, the room and bathroom is not so clean, so you have to bring your own sandals for convenience. Smartfren signal is weak, you have to depend on Telkomsel. Grab service (motorcycle cab) is present for nearly 24 hours a day. If you like to sleep in the dark, please bring your own eye cover as the lamps in the hotel alley are too bright. Hotel’s internet is only present at the lobby.

I did not know for lowest room category that I booked is "shared bathroom ". The reception also told me that no blanket and luckily my room was "warm " since no air ventilation except open room-door. The room was equipped with fan and it's not a big deal for me, anyway. Shared bath room needs a clean - control regularly since there was a little stuff on the floor. The staffs were friendly and this is a plus point.

The hotel was good, but the food is just like heated. a little bit comfy. the WiFi isn't working properly, especially at the upstairs. the room with the expensive budget must have the lcd tv, not the small tv, and more facilities must be upgraded.
