The hotel is good even though it is a bit old, the ceramic floor is already dull, the AC is noisy, the swimming pool is very crowded because it is also open to the public, but the water is crystal clear...

I've often stayed at hotels and this is one of the best in my opinion.. The room facilities are clean and comfortable, the toilet facilities also have hot water so you don't need to worry about the cold of Garut..the swimming pool is also warm. there is also a hot water soaking pool for reflexology. great.. next time I go to Garut, I will go to this hotel again..

For this new type of room, everything is okay and clean because it is a new building. The only drawback is that if you want to soak in hot water, the water is not hot + you have to wait a long time so it's like a regular water heater.

for everything else, it's cool, but the water closet is small, so when it comes to the waste, it takes a long time to be disposed of, like it's clogged, that's all. The downside is that I don't know if the other rooms are the same, I've already called the technical staff.

It's a shame there's no mini fridge for the price of the hotel, the room is dim and the AC isn't cold enough, the food is quite varied, 2 meals, when you check in you're provided with a welcome drink of ginger tea, and boiled snacks, a warm pool, a warm bathroom, many of the changing rooms don't work, it will be improved in the future
