The Hotel was Nice, spacious, clean, the staff also very nice and helpful. The only one that should be add in the room is Air Conditioner because Batu-Malang is not so cold anymore. 😊.

The staff is friendly...
Unfortunately, some of the facilities need to be repaired, starting with the balcony railings, which are already heavily corroded and loose, making them very vulnerable.
A swimming pool also needs to be added, as there is only one children's pool, and even that is small without any water play facilities.
The hotel's supporting facilities at Kampung Kids need renovations to be more modern, as they are outdated. Hopefully, the hotel will improve soon so that more visitors will come.

staying here is very pleasant. I booked 1 room with 1 king bed and 1 single bed. The bedroom is not soundproof so you can still hear the sound from the next room. I happened to be on the 4th floor, there was a billiard table, for sticks you can borrow from the receptionist. Behind the room is connected to the balcony, nice for hanging out while looking at the mountain view. for breakfast pay 65K per person, it includes animal feeding tours such as koi fish, chickens, birds, rabbits, goats and cows accompanied by a guide. besides animal feeding, you can also pick oranges. the view of the restaurant is really cool, there is a gurgling river and rice field embankments

the hotel atmosphere is comfortable.. the room is big, my child really likes the room because there are butterfly pictures.. every time I walk down the hall my child always tells stories about butterflies. the only thing lacking is the swimming pool.
if it's a bit late in the day the swimming pool is dirty, it's also a bit far from the hotel. the food is delicious but the menu is not very varied

It would be good if the soundproofing of the room was improved, access from the parking lot to the lobby, especially when it rains, please consider the comfort of the guests because that is the first impression.

The staff is friendly, we just got off the car, they immediately came to pick up our stuff, the room is clean and spacious, only one problem is please improve the signal network, if you enter the room there is definitely no signal, that's my only input.
Another good place to stay with children, it's crowded with children for PKK.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, but the last time I stayed there were many declines in hotel facilities, starting from the wifi whose signal did not reach the 1st floor hotel room, the limited variety of breakfast side dishes, the facilities around the hotel that were not well maintained, the hotel room that used to be without AC is now equipped with AC 👍, soap and shampoo in the bathroom that are not refilled, drinking glasses that are now replaced with paper cups (not durable for reuse). The cleanliness of the room is quite good, there are shows if you stay during school holidays.
Next, more attention should be paid to the hotel facilities, it would be a shame for a hotel this big if there was a decline in quality.

Not as imagined. Actually, I have been curious & wanted to staycation at Transformer Hotel for a long time. Seeing so many facilities offered for children. But ... it turns out that all those facilities are in Kampoeng Kidz and must be paid again, not including the hotel facilities that we automatically get when checking in.
I got a room on the top floor with a view of the forest & a half-collapsed building that was scary. The room was minimalist with 3 single beds. Check in at 3 pm, while other hotels check in at 2, at this hotel it was at 3 pm 🫣.

Regarding children's facilities, it is true that activities such as those at Kampoeng Kidz are part of our edutainment program, so they are not included in the standard room package. However, we are always open to providing special bundling package offers for guests who want to enjoy the experience of staying while doing educational activities with their children. Regarding check-in hours because it is the high season period, we provide information to guests at 15.00 for room readiness and if the room is ready before that time, you can check in, we always try to provide the best possible service and room readiness, but we will always improve it so that guests feel more comfortable ☺️❤️
