Transformer Center Hotel

This was our first time staying at this hotel. I was intrigued by the reviews. We stayed in room 409, but upon arrival, there were several things that excited me and disappointed me. Pros: - Beautiful view, cool, fresh air - Spacious room - Room cleanliness was decent - Clean towels and sheets - Fun educational and adventure activities for kids (you have to pay for breakfast to get the adventure) - Free shuttle bus to the playground, swimming pool, and restaurant - Ample parking - Friendly service - Hotel location is close to the city center and the crowds Cons: - The bathroom smelled really bad when I first entered, especially the drain. The bathroom smelled like a sewer. The toilet was clean but the smell persisted throughout my stay, so when I opened the bathroom door, the smell spread throughout the room. - The balcony railing was rotten, rusty, and poorly maintained. It was very dangerous, as I had two children with me, and we sat there yesterday. The balcony, but the railing is gaping. - The room isn't soundproof. - For a 3-star hotel, there's no refrigerator in the room. - The Wi-Fi signal is slow. - The hotel's interior design is boring, with lots of unattractive writing and pictures, making it feel like you're staying at a cheap inn, even though the lobby is the first impression of guests. - The breakfast menu is basic, with very little variety, and the food is just average. - The area around the hotel is poorly maintained, with lots of weeds, dirt, and dust. There's an abandoned building next to the room, making it scary at night, and you can't sleep well. - The adventure area is also poorly maintained. Yesterday, during our pirate activity, a female guest fell in because the wood she was stepping on broke. Luckily, she got stuck. If she hadn't gotten stuck, she might have fallen from a great height. - The adventure area is poorly maintained, with lots of weeds, dirty, like a forest, and many abandoned educational buildings, which is scary. - The swimming pool is small and Dirty, lots of trash - The shower room is scary, and it's poorly maintained and dirty. But overall, it's pretty good for the price. Hopefully, management can improve service by maintaining quality, safety, and guest comfort.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's suitable to stay here with family, just stayed last week, thank God the kids & wife liked it, the suggestion is maybe the swimming pool should be ready early in the morning because when my kids were ready to swim it turned out the swimming pool wasn't ready yet.

A pleasant hotel suitable for a family vacation, just please note that the entrance road to the hotel is still rocky, it should be paved or at least paved.

The hotel is great. Easy access. Ample parking. Unfortunately, the parking lot isn't so easy to get to from the main road. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Upon arrival, we received delicious free ice cream. The door lock uses a code. The room is spacious and has a balcony at a fairly affordable price. When we asked for the bathroom curtain to be replaced because it looked dirty, the staff quickly replaced it. In the evening, we watched a free theatrical performance. We were picked up and dropped off by car. The show was great. At the end of the show, we were even offered a photo with the performers and helped with some photos. In the morning, we had breakfast. Oh, and breakfast costs extra, because we booked a room that didn't include breakfast. It's an additional 65,000 Rupiah per person. This breakfast package also includes fun activities, like feeding fish, goats, cows, rabbits, chickens, and pigeons. The price even includes orange picking and a swimming pool. This breakfast and fun activities package is a must for anyone visiting. We were also picked up and dropped off at the breakfast area and the rides. So, a total of three pick-ups were made in this open-top van. The breakfast was a buffet, with a varied menu and plenty of choices. The omelet and spiced chicken were top-notch. The soup and chicken porridge were a bit too salty for us. Side dishes like bread, green bean compote, cereal, and more were also available. They were complete and delicious. The only downside, in our opinion, was the room's poor soundproofing. We could hear people talking in the next room or when people walked by. The window curtains also didn't completely seal. When someone smoked on the balcony next door, the smell of smoke wafted into our room. This might be because one of the windows was made of aluminum and seemed to have ventilation holes (not just plain glass). But overall, I'd love to come back here again with a larger family so everyone can enjoy the fun.

Convenient and easy to access, suitable for large groups

A very comfortable family hotel type, spacious rooms, cool environment and kids friendly.

It was fun. The kids loved it here, where they could go on the zipline and take guided walks through the mini zoo and the orange grove. The staff was super friendly and kind, especially the older children who were very patient with the kids. I'll definitely be back again next time.

The view from the restaurant is beautiful. It's a pleasant experience. The staff is also friendly. The only downside is that the rooms aren't soundproof. Otherwise, everything is fine.

A child and family friendly hotel, the bed size and number of beds are perfect for a family with 2 small children.

The staff is friendly... Unfortunately, some of the facilities need to be repaired, starting with the balcony railings, which are already heavily corroded and loose, making them very vulnerable. A swimming pool also needs to be added, as there is only one children's pool, and even that is small without any water play facilities. The hotel's supporting facilities at Kampung Kids need renovations to be more modern, as they are outdated. Hopefully, the hotel will improve soon so that more visitors will come.

The room is big, the view is mountain and the breakfast is delicious, even though it is just a standard buffet, the Hong Kong fried rice is really delicious.

It was a pleasure staying here, there are shows too, there are children's activities too.
