It's really worth it for the price of 300, you can get a comfortable, spacious, and nice room. The facilities are also really good, the receptionist is also friendly and informative. I've been a regular at every Comifuro event and I'm always here 👍

I never book any apartment before. So I don't expect too much what it will looks like. From the picture it was good and when we check in it was exactly same with the picture. It was so nice and clean with the price that was so affordable. I thought some kind "it's better than booked hotel if it was this nice" hehe. Maybe if we have some occasion again in BSD area I will booked this apartment again.

The location is everything and this apartment located in a very strategic point with affordable price. The room is clean and comfort eventhough it missed my expectation of the kitchenette which I thought there would be a set of cooking utensils and eating utensils. The room quite spacious with separate dining area, a living room and a bedroom. I think it will be much better if the bathroom lighting can be added with more bright bulbs. Next what I love most is the fully functional public facilities i.e. parking lot, elevator, prayer room (mushola), convenient store, and the swimming pool for sure. The security system is also worth a praise for the limited access doors and elevators. The security staffs are very reliable and attentive and always at their posts and handle everything calmly and efficiently. The vibes of this facility is easy, calm, clean, complete. I hope I find other times to stay back here.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and whenever there's a problem with the room (AC, etc.), they never get bored. Whenever I have work in BSD, I always stay at Treepark. Basically, it's really comfortable.

Room is not so clean they do not clean dust especially behind the doors, corner of ceiling and I found some bugs. these bugs can cause itchiness so it's a big No.
Towels are clean however bedsheets and pillow cover looks dirty and looks very old. Just a suggestion, if they're willing to invest in new bedsheet, pillow cover, and bedcover it would make a very big difference.
When I checked in they also forgot to refill the soap so I decided to buy myself.
When I turn on the AC at night apparently it made a very noisy sound to start that lasts for sometime and it's really unpleasant.
the refrigerator's machine also made noisy sound every few minutes and it bothers my sleep.
They have 4 elevator and when I was there, there's 1 that doesn't need your key access to go up because the key detector is not functioning. I hope they fix it for the safety of the residents.
Plus point the pool is clean and nice.
