Strategic location, clean rooms. Close to malls and renowned universities. The sofa in the room looks old and isn't sturdy enough to support its users. It needs to be replaced or repaired.

Even though it had been cleaned, the blanket and bed sheets were still dirty.

Some stay here because it is close to the city center and the price is quite affordable but hope there will be improvements from the hotel
There is always noise from outside or from the upper room that is moving chairs or others and the partition between the rooms is made of plywood so the sound is even more disturbing when you want to rest
The hot water also flows very slowly
For the room I booked, there were only two beds
Slippers are not provided in the room
I hope this is evaluated, especially regarding the noise that is always heard and disturbing

Surprised that the breakfast menu is not a buffet model. Only get 1 food menu (NasGor/Soto/Creme Chicken) Small portion + 1 Cleo Small size. Don't expect to want Coffee/Tea as free as in the same class of accommodation here. It is available, but sold separately by Hyde Cafe.
In my opinion, staying here with an additional breakfast fee of 100 thousand: NOT WORTH IT At All..
SUGGESTION: Better to choose without breakfast.

- Location: strategic, within a walking distance to Malang Town Square shopping mall. It is also only 5 minutes drive to Brawijaya University.
- Parking space: Limited dedicated parking space in front of the hotel for around 10 cars.
- Staff: friendly and polite. Check-in process is quite fast, even though we need to read the hotel rules and sign our agreement on it. Housekeeping is not done on daily basis, but we can request for it, including asking for additional mineral waters from the receptionist.
- Exterior and special amenities: 3 floors hotel building with 1 lift. Soft drink fridge is available in the lobby for purchase.
- Bedroom: room 328 is a standard room type with narrow entrance but quite plenty space for the bed itself. There are 2 bottles 500 ml of drinking waters provided for free each day, along with electric kettle and sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar. No mini bar fridge in the room though, so it is tricky to store food because there are ants. Smart TV is already installed in the room. AC is small but brand new and cold.
- Wifi: quite fast, but a bit troublesome as it required us to keep reconnecting every few hours.
- Bathroom / toilet: no handwash basin installed, but we can still brush our teeth using the shower tap. Hot water shower is available but unstable. The overall bathroom design seems to be not so effective. There is also no dedicated placeholder to put our own shampoo / soap in the bathroom, even though they provided the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Two towels and standard dental kits were provided.
- Soundproof: okay but not enough, because we can still hear some noise from the sorroundings area through the room's window, from the room next door, and from the hallway.
- Bed quality: comfortable with a clean bed sheet and 2 pillows.
- Breakfast: no breakfast was offered. They have opened their cafe on the rooftop area, but it is opened only from 11 AM until 10 PM.
- Check out: need to wait housekeeping checking for a while.

The location is very strategic. The size, design, and layout of the deluxe room are very good. At night (Saturday) the noise from the cafe upstairs is quite audible up to the 2nd floor room. There was a problem with the shower, but the staff was immediately reactive. The price is quite pricey for per night, but overall such a nice hotel👍🏼

The hotel is very strategic, close to Matos, the staff is friendly, the room is very clean, only the sandals have to be requested in advance, maybe next time they can be provided directly in the room. I will definitely stay here again.
